I apologize for not having published anything this morning, but two that day,lavorativamente speaking, are making me crazy.
The title of my post says it all.
Organize a business in almost all of Italy is not a simple thing, especially with short notice, but managing the staff that is a company that is!!
I write this post because I probably need an outlet and because I like to make you partaker also of the attitude of those absurd.
I worked 7 years hostess and now that I switched from the other side of the desk I have in managing this business for more than 300 appointments only for the month of February.
Well you should know that within 48 h of the beauty I received 30 cancellationson the part of many hostess with many of the contracts already signed andstarting activities planned for the next day
.Leaving aside the figure of shit which is done by the customer can see, the thing Ido not understand is this: everyone complains that there 'is work, that there is no money and then when you pull out of a job you proposing, after he alreadyconfirmed and the material is already on the road to get from you as possible 1,the list of excuses??
Hostess ghost: no longer respond to the phone, communicate only via email or SMS, make calls from the father or mother because they have the balls to tell you that the day after that can go to work, cause the death of his grandmother at least 2 times a week (sorry really bad taste), they made a car accident (at least 50%), were discovered pregnant, a cancellation of the work for mail (!!), powering off the phone, have found a permanent job within 5 minutes, they answer the boyfriend pretending have the wrong number .........
Believe me this is just the 'beginning of a long list of excuses that should be enclosed in a book titled, "Lies of a hostess."
Million in sales would!!!
Chiedo scusa per non aver pubblicato niente stamattina ma sono due giornata che , lavorativamente parlando, mi stanno rendendo pazza.
Il titolo del mio post dice tutto.
Organizzare un attività in quasi tutta Italia non è una cosa semplice, soprattutto con poco preavviso, ma gestire il personale quello si che è un impresa !!!!
Scrivo questo post perché, probabilmente ho bisogno di una valvola di sfogo e perché mi piacerebbe rendere partecipe anche voi dell'atteggiamento assurdo delle persone.
Ho lavorato 7 anni che hostess e ora che sono passata dall altra parte della scrivania ho in gestione per questa attività più di 300 appuntamenti solo per il mese di Febbraio.
Beh dovete sapere che nel giro di 48 h ho ricevuto la bellezza di 30 disdette da parte di molte hostess molte con dei contratti già firmati e con inizio attività prevista per il giorno dopo.
Lasciando perdere la figura di Merda che si fa con il cliente vedete, la cosa che non capisco è questa : tutti si lamentano che non c 'è lavoro, che non ci sono soldi e poi quando vi si propone un lavoro tirate fuori, dopo averlo per altro già confermato e il materiale è già in viaggio per arrivare da voi il 1 possibile, l elenco delle scuse???
Hostess fantasma che : non rispondono più al telefono, comunicano solo via mail o sms, fanno chiamare dal padre o dalla madre perché non hanno le palle per dirti che il giorno dopo non possono andare a lavorare, fanno morire la nonna almeno 2 volte a settimana ( scusa veramente di cattivo gusto ), hanno fatto un incidente in macchina ( almeno il 50% ), si sono scoperte incinte, disdicono il lavoro per mail ( !!!!! ), hanno trovato un lavoro fisso nel giro di 5 minuti, spengono il telefono, fanno rispondere al fidanzato facendo finta di aver sbagliato numero.........
Credetemi questo è solo l 'inizio di un lunghissimo elenco di scuse che dovrebbe essere racchiuso in un libro con il titolo : "Bugie di una hostess".
Farebbe milioni di vendite!!!!!!!
